Natalie Dillenbeck
Hormone Optimization, IV Vitamin and Hydration Therapy, Weight Management
Natalie is a highly experienced Registered Nurse with over a decade in emergency medicine, critical care, and trauma. She has worked in high-acuity ICUs and Level II Emergency Departments, managing complex cardiac, post-operative, and trauma patients. Her expertise with advanced life-support technologies—including Impella, balloon pump, EKOS, and CRRT—gives her a strong clinical foundation that elevates every wellness plan she develops.
Natalie holds two bachelor’s degrees—a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise & Sport Science—giving her a unique blend of medical, fitness, and human-performance knowledge that directly enhances her work in hormone optimization, medical weight loss, and IV therapy.
At Equivalence Wellness, she delivers evidence-based, personalized care to help men and women improve energy, balance hormones, lose weight, and perform at their best. Her mission is simple: provide safe, precise, and compassionate wellness care with real, sustainable results across Denver and the surrounding areas.
Nicholas Mann
Hormone Optimization, Weight Management
A Colorado native, Nicholas grew up in Thornton and now lives in Aurora with his two daughters, enjoying camping, fishing, and Colorado’s great outdoors. After six years as a poker dealer in Black Hawk, he pursued his passion for helping others by earning an AS from Red Rocks Community College, a BSN from the University of Northern Colorado, and later a Master’s in Nursing from Simmons University. His nursing career has spanned psychiatric care, acute medicine, school nursing, and most recently, serving as a nurse practitioner in convenient care. Nicholas is excited to bring his experience and compassion to Equivalence Wellness, helping clients achieve healthier, more balanced lives.
Stephen Dillenbeck
Hormone Optimization, IV Vitamin and Hydration Therapy, Weight Management
Stephen brings more than 25 years of Fire/EMS experience—including critical care transport, flight medicine, and frontline emergency response—to the world of proactive wellness. As an EMS Battalion Chief, he leads high-acuity operations and the teams who handle emergencies most people only see once in a lifetime.
He holds an Associate Degree in Nursing, a Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration, and is currently completing his MBA in Healthcare Management. This mix of clinical expertise and executive-level training gives him a rare perspective on health, performance, and preventive care.
After decades of watching patients struggle with preventable conditions, Stephen launched Equivalence Wellness to deliver personalized, evidence-based hormone optimization, weight management, and IV therapy. His focus is simple: real care, no shortcuts, and results that actually improve people’s lives.
When he’s not serving clients or leading EMS crews, Stephen is traveling with his family, staying active, and cheering on his kids in sports. Busy? Absolutely. But taking care of people has always been the mission.
